The Conservatory is an exclusive day spa that leaves you feeling like a princess at the end of your appointment! Nelson is great! He made me feel right at home and had plenty of conversation. Loved my first experience!
My visit was Wonderful. Beautiful atmosphere, very nice people, excellent service.
I always enjoy visiting your salon. It is just like a family. Everybody is very friendly and even saved my hat for me that I left at my last appointment 9 weeks ago.

I enjoy coming to your salon and have been a loyal customer for years. I was Kylies customer for years, now I receive services from Genell and she is wonderful. I really like her as my stylist because she truly cares about what I want and she listens and gives great feedback and ideas. Genell is just great and easy to work with!

Genell always takes excellent care of my hair! My hair is healthier than it’s ever been thanks to my long term use of her recommended Aveda products and how she helps me take care of my hair. She’s the best! I also appreciate all the front desk ladies – they always greet me by name and take good care of me. I love my visits to The Conservatory. It’s a great place to relax and get away from the stresses of life.
My “Spa Day” was a wonderful experience with the robes and slippers. The foot soak before the massage was very nice and the massage was just right length in time and wonderful. I loved the facial massage. I didn’t get that done in August even though it was the same type of massage.
Shanna is always a delight to visit with and is extremely helpful in finding solutions to my hair dilemmas. I already have recommended your services to my friend.
I always enjoy my time at The Conservatory. If your services and personnel got any better I would have to move in and live at The Conservatory. My visits there are much too short.
I like your monthly color theme. The amazing thing is no matter what the color your staff/personnel look good in that color. Where do you find these wonderful people? Your reception personnel are second to none. I rate them as being “FANTASTIC!” I know that Santa is going to be good to them and the rest of you exceptional staff.
The Conservatory is a beautiful and relaxing place. Shanna was extremely helpful during my consultation, and she gave me the best cut I’ve ever had. I absolutely loved the entire experience!
As always everyone is very pleasant and friendly – they call you by your first name. Nelson is spectacular. Usually, I get tired of the same ole thing – time after time and he understands that I enjoy changing color from each visit and a different style.
I had a great manicure with Mayra. It gave me the nice little break I needed. She even made me feel good about my short nails!!!

The salon itself is super swanky and very clean. Nelson was and is (now!) my stylist and I love him. He is easy to talk to and very professional. He gave me some great advice concerning an issue with my hair and I can’t wait to come back.

I got my Haircut & style with Victoria. She was sweet and knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted and provided recommendations. She did a fabulous job with my hair.
My stylist, Chantelle, gave me a thorough consultation, and understood how to cut my hair based on our communication. I got the exact look I wanted, and the cut was very well executed. She was also very knowledgeable about Aveda products. She gave me good instruction on product usage and blow-drying. I will definitely book with her again.
I filled out the survey and I rated my experience as “as expected” because I was aware of the reputation of your salon, so my expectations were already very high!
I love the way my hair feels after my haircut/style, everyone asks me where I go and can’t wait to tell them!! Chantell does an excellent job and I have referred her services to my family and friends!

I was introduced to Aveda products while away @ College Station I sought the advice of family Doug & Gretchen Chandler who uses the products in Kingwood Atascocita Areas & they recommended the Conservatory/Chantal especially to assist me.
My hair was beautifully styled Thursday afternoon & cut with products recommended for me to use at home and how to use the Aveda line. The shampoo/massaging of my head during this procedure felt wonderful.
The Salon is quiet/relaxing and just a lovely facility. This Salon is very clean. I am returning in exactly 2 weeks to Chantal for my monthly hair color.

When I used to call and schedule an appointment, the ladies knew that Michelle takes an hour to do my cut & style. This last time I called, due to some scheduling conflict, it was schedule for only 30 min. Michelle made it work and that’s why I keep coming back, she’s the best! So, a fantastic experience as always!

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service at the Salon. The minute you walk in you are greeted with such warmth and the Stylist was waiting right there for me when I arrived. I am really pleased with the result of my visit with Aveda and believe this will be a long relationship as it was while I lived in Colorado.

Each time that Courtney has cut my hair, I have been extremely pleased. This haircut is the first one that I have ever received compliments on continually.
