Nelson is FANTASTIC!!!! I bring my sons there too now…they love him!
Great experience every time! The staff and Nelson are fantastic. Love the personal atmosphere, love the experience and absolutely love that they know me by name before I even walk up to the desk. Nelson absolutely takes a personal commitment to making sure I look my best…and his work is incredible!
Love the spa and love him! I spoke highly of the facility at home and now my sons (22 and 20) both go to Nelson for their hair services. Thank you for a great experience every time!
Kerri is just wonderful !! She asked what I wanted, she gave me her opinion, which I went with and totally trusted…it came out wonderful ! Kerri also went through the options with me and explained what they were, (conditioning, etc. ) that would help with keeping my hair healthy during coloring / highlighting.
The massage that she gave me during the shampoo was great – it helped my sinus headache ! I am very pleased with the color of my hair and exceptionally pleased with the attention and service Kerri provided.
I give the Conservatory 10 Stars and Kerri 10 Stars with Happy Faces !~ :~)
Michelle is my stylist. She always listens well and does exactly what I ask for. She takes time to explain what she is doing. She explains the products well and how they will benefit me for my hair type. I have curly, frizzy hair. The products always work the way she says they will.
I originally was only taking my mother for a very much needed haircut and decided to have my hair done also and was extremely pleased with both cuts I just had to let the hairdresser know what I had in mind for myself and my mother and they both knew exactly what I wanted they were very professional at their jobs and eased my nerves because I couldn’t see what was being done to my mother’s hair until it was completed
I will recommend your salon to everyone I know

I came in with a chopped hairdo and Kerri worked a miracle. I had the best experience I’ve ever had, thanks so much to Kerri. Thanks to the rest of the gang for the friendly and helpfulness during my visit
I am always very happy after my appointments with Carmela. She is always on time, very friendly, is always ready to offer new ideas, and does a GREAT job making me feel special. I LOVE her to death!
Kerri always listens to what I want and she does a great job. I always feel good when I leave.
I dropped in without an appointment and asked JoAnn if it was at all possible for Michelle to cut my hair that day or the next (I had a very small window of time between business deadlines and leaving town on the third day). She immediately spoke with Michelle who was training new stylists on both days.
However she agreed to squeeze me in the next morning. I arrived to find Michelle waiting for me. Not only did she cut my hair, but she also did color and style. At no time did I feel rushed–she was very gracious and I received the usual top level of service that I have come to expect.
JoAnn was awesome, Michelle was awesome, and I left there totally satisfied, happy, and ready for my trip!

When I was filling out the “Feedback” form I noticed the “As expected” respond which is not a poor evaluation. I am used to the Conservatory being an excellent experience every time and therefore my experience was “As expected”. Awesome customer service, atmosphere and products are all present!
I came in without a reservation for a shampoo and blow dry, and I was able to get someone right away who was very pleasant and did a fabulous job in a very quick time. I will be back

I answered “as expected” because I know what great customer service you provide, so therefore I expected it to be that way. If I was rating you in relation to other salons, it would have been much higher.
Really enjoyed every minute. All the staff was very nice & welcoming. You’re made to feel “special” as soon as you arrive. Enjoyed the decor & drink provided.
Always receive service that is above and beyond from Billie. Have never been disappointed in all the years I have come to The Conservatory. Shannon is also very nice and does a great job with my eyebrows!
Came in for a follow up haircut and decided to have my eyebrows waxed. I was cheerfully worked in. I love my stylist Kerri, she listens to me and does very good work. I get compliments on my hair all the time. Shannon? that did my waxing was excellent as well. She was very sweet and my eyebrows have never looked better.
I really like the overall look of my hair color when I leave. I like the “natural” product in the hair color and the PH treatment. Michelle is always professional and great at what she does. I hope she never leaves! I will continue to treat myself as long as possible now that our economy is not doing so well. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place

The people and services is excellent each and every time I visit. This is the norm for your salon. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I normally see Billie, but since she was booked I saw Shanna. Both Billie and Shanna have made me feel important and like I was their top priority during my service. Each has shown interest in my needs and desires. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. I especially like that the services run on time. No more waiting and waiting to get your hair done.
Give Shanna, JoAnn & Camille 5 Stars because they are terrific. Shanna gives a superb head massage before the shampoo! Because I have been coming to The Conservatory for many years, my expectations are very high and everyone meets that goal.
I overslept the morning of my last appointment (first time in 7 years). I called and fortunately my appointment could be moved 15 minutes which I appreciated very much. Punctuality is extremely important to me as I schedule my activities knowing a haircut / style takes 30 minutes.

I love coming to the Aveda salon early in the morning, as it’s a great way to start your day! A nice greeting when you walk in, then a little peppermint oil, a head and neck massage – you can’t beat it! It just sets the tone for an awesome day!

Wow! You have incredible customer service which makes a huge first impression. Nelson was very professional and personable. I cannot even begin to explain how pleased I am with my experience with Michelle! I love how she worked with me and my problem areas. As a matter of fact, she eliminated my most difficult problems with the excellent haircut she gave me. I will be in next week to have highlights. I am always so nervous about getting highlights because of bad experiences I have had in the past, but I feel completely comfortable returning next week to have Michelle work her magic on me!! I am just so pleased. My first visit was beyond what I expected.
Went for a haircut the first time which brought me back the second time. This time for highlights. I have been trying to get my highlights back for 2 years now but no one seemed to know what I wanted except for Victoria from the spa. She did such a perfect job. She did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning next time. I would also love to get a facial the next time. Definitely the place to get everything done.

Courtney has been cutting my hair since 2008. She gives an excellent hair cut, therefore I have come to expect that level of service and I am never disappointed. The ladies on the reception desk are friendly, helpful, and very professional and I have come to expect that treatment, as well.
