    I am new to the area and was referred to The Conservatory by a number of people. Billie was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The power went out while she was blow drying my hair (due to weather) and she was great about it. She kept apologizing for keeping me, which was completely unnecessary as it was out of her hands. I will definitely return and book with Billie.

    I truly appreciate the consultation before the haircut so I knew the person who would be cutting my hair, and she would manage my expectations as well as an idea of what the services would cost. This is a nice service that more salons should insist on before a haircut, color or style.

    Because we were late due to a dental appointment running late we expected to not be able to receive all our booked treatments on our spa day. Everyone went over and above to enable us to fit everything in and did everything they could to make the day a calm one after a very bad start.
    We had a great time and my friend visiting from the U.K. said it was the best and most relaxing spa day she had ever had and can’t wait to do it all again next visit.
    I can’t thank you enough for your continued excellent service.

    I received a gift certificate for mother’s day. Could never make time to cash it in on service , so I was able to use it for product. The lady at the front/check out desk looked up my GC and let me purchase items w/ my GC. She was VERY helpful with product knowledge and also gave me a couple samples to try on my VERY SENSITIVE SKIN! before making a purchase and wasting my CG. IM loving the products and can see a nice change in my skin. I will be back when I can and will definitely recommend to all my friends.

    Thank you for staying a little late and helping me find the right products for my needs.

    Genelle is very prompt, courteous, professional and has a very welcoming personality. She pays attention to how I want my hair cut and always does an extremely good job of accomplishing the perfect haircut for me.

    Your facility is very well decorated and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. All personnel whom I have had contact with are always courteous and friendly.

    I was impressed first by the helpful telephone staff who also called on the day of my appointment to let me know that Kingwood Drive would be blocked off for a July 4th Parade, in case that would affect my route.
    Entering the facility, I was impressed by the beauty of the lobby and waiting area. The salon area is lovely with large windows letting in loads of natural light and a view of the surrounding trees.
    Nelson, who did my haircut, was great to work with–listening carefully and understanding the issues I have with my fine hair, suggesting some changes that I was already thinking about, very friendly in a polite, respectful way.
    Every detail of my experience impressed me with the high attention to detail and level of customer service.

    Employee in charge of reservations was extremely helpful in accommodating me to get in on the only day that worked for me. Keri got me in and out very quickly and as always, I am extremely happy with my haircut. I will continue coming back and would most definitely recommend the conservatory to any of my friends and family. The facility is always clean and very relaxing. I enjoy my time there.
    Keri is a wonderful stylist. Very kind and professional.

    I had a not so good experience the weekend before and JoAnne made sure that I was taken care of. My hair is short, so I was not sure how my problem could be rectified, but Nelson did an awesome job! In fact, I love what he did and may keep it this short! Nelson was also helpful, friendly and very caring. Thank you Nelson!

    JoAnne is always extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone at the front desk is, but she always greets me by first name. She gives A1 customer service! Thank you JoAnne!

    Sophie did an amazing job on my hair. I was very pleased with the results and will go back to her. The relaxing experience is one of the main reasons why I seek out Aveda salons when I move to a new city.
    I think that improving consistency and enhancing that experience helps tremendously with customer satisfaction.

    I always expect the best of the best at the Conservatory and that’s what I always get. From the front door coming in to the front door going out – Perfection!!! The staff is the best – the service is the best – the atmosphere is the best – What can I say???? It just doesn’t get any better and I love Craig and Shannon…

    My time there today was amazing. First time there, I was greeted as I walked in , I waited few minutes then my hairstylist came to get me. She discussed all my issues with my hair I got cut and deep conditioning treatment. I was under the dryer when a young lady from message part came over and massaged my hands, fingers and neck. Talk about pampered!Love this place!

    I came in for the ultimate spa day and was not at all disappointed. I was treated with so much care and attention that I hated to go home. Shannon gave me a facial that improved my problem skin. Even after almost a week, my face looks better than it has in a long time.

    The massage was exactly what I needed; Shannon was thorough, patient and intuitive. I not only enjoyed the manicure and pedicure that Chantell gave me, but the conversation as well. Kara gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had, and gave me many useful tips on styling the new “do.” Leti did a great job on my makeover. By the time I arrived home, I looked and felt so beautiful that my husband took me out on an impromptu date to show me off!

    Every detail of The Conservatory makes it a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate, but the friendliness and talents of the service providers are the reason I will return. All of the people were friendly and anticipated every one of my needs. They really seem to enjoy taking care of their clients.

    I was pleased by the email reservation confirmation that included the names of the service providers. This information helped me to relax even before the appointment.

    Courtney took one look at a picture for maybe 5 seconds and recreated it! She made me feel like a Sexy mom again and gave me a confidence boost with my new haircut! She’s so easy to talk to and friendly, made me feel very comfortable chopping off 7 inches! I would recommend her to anyone! Awesome service!

    I loved my hair stylist; she did such an amazing job! She explained everything and all the products used. This is the best haircut I’ve had in a very long time! I’m coming back next week for a color.

    My very first experience with the Conservatory was from a gift certificate given to me at Christmas. I was gifted a full spa day. It was amazing, I have since returned ever so often for facials and hair cuts.

    Each time is such an extremely pleasurable experience. I believe that the services and products are only exceeded by the absolute professional demeanor and friendliness of the service providers.

    The Conservatory is Heaven on Earth.

  30. The stylists are all excellent and I’ve never had a time when I had a bad cut or color. I have recommended your salon to both my sisters and they’ve been getting their hair done only at the Conservatory. Your Spa is the only “luxury” I do for myself.

    I Always love my visits at the Conservatory. It reminds me that I need to slow down and take care of myself sometimes.

    My service started a few minutes late this time but in the almost 3 years of having been a customer, this had never happened and Billie more than made up for it by getting me out in the time I needed.

Courtney always does an excellent job of attending to what I want the outcome to be and then making it real based on her expertise.     I love my haircut! It is easy to manage, and Jodi explained how I can style it at home. I especially enjoyed my neck and scalp massage at the beginning. What a treat! I have already booked my next appointment. I plan on many more!

    My haircut is great, thinned out very nicely like I like it. Chantell was very helpful & gave me exactly what I wanted, was never pushy & never tried to sell me something I didn’t want or need. She offered & explained things that I would perhaps like to have rather than just tried to get me to spend money.

    She also provided me with a list of services & the prices, which is very helpful. The check-in & payment times went very quickly, the receptionists were very fast & efficient. Everything was generally awesome.

    Also, the parking was easy & the spa was so easy to get to. Haircut prices are very reasonable considering how nice & upscale everything is.

    I would definitely return to get my hair done by Chantell again & I would definitely recommend the spa to my friends.

    you always are a perfect “10″ and I have grown to “expect it”. You provide the best spa experiences I have personally experienced anywhere…you treat everyone so kindly; the facilities are immaculate; the individuals who provide services provide such a personalized touch and act like they actually care.

    I started going to this salon when it was….. the hair place between Alspaughs and Balloons are Better too many years ago to count.
    I’ve always thought the stylists here were excellent and there’s never been a time when I’ve had a bad cut or color. I’ve recommend your salon and both my daughters have their hair done here also. It’s the one splurge I do for myself.

    I had a medical problem that led to hair loss this fall. Genell has been positive and so very sweet as we have worked on getting my hair looking good again. I was recently complimented on my hair by a stranger in the grocery store!
