How would you rate the Conservatory overall?
I have been visiting the Conservatory regularly for over two years now – the fact my hair cut and color remain consistent each visit, is such a rare quality in salons. Thank you for your extreme attention to detail and that your staff is disciplined to ensure those details are delivered.
I came in for a facial and was scheduled with Jessica. I had not been to the Conservatory in a long time, and didn’t know who to ask for.
I was very glad to have Jessica assigned to me. She was very professional, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She helped me decide on the right facial, and advised me on products I could purchase that would extend my results.
I was very pleased with the Green Science peel. It gave me the results I was looking for, and I plan to get the same service again.
Jessica is an asset to your business! I will recommend her to friends.

I love my haircut! It is easy to manage, and Jodi explained how I can style it at home. I especially enjoyed my neck and scalp massage at the beginning. What a treat! I have already booked my next appointment. I plan on many more!

Excellent experience every time I come. Although prices are higher than other facilities, I feel it is worth the extra for the personalized attention, timeliness, and professionalism. I have never had to wait for my stylist, all costs and services are discussed in advance, everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there.

I could only rate you as “AS EXPECTED” because I’ve never had a bad experience at the Conservatory! The bar was set pretty high at my very first appointment with Craig, and he’s never let me down. He’s a quality guy and does fantastic work! I’ve just come to “expect” a great experience because that’s all I’ve ever had. I love coming in to the salon and know I will always leave happy! I get massages from Shannon all the time and she is a miracle worker! She has a great personality and makes you feel at ease.
Carrie does a wonderful job on my hair. She works quickly and efficiently and she is always on time – which I appreciate given my schedule. My hair is easy to style and maintain, due to the quality of the cut. I would also like to emphasize the consistency of her work. My hair cut is consistently well done, appointment after appointment.

Proven expertise from service providers. Clearly some of the top in the industry. The atmosphere at the Conservatory is extremely relaxing. The staff and the ownership have created an environment that is truly rejuvenating whether you are in for a complete spa day or a 30-minute cut and style. This is the way a service business should be operated. Karen and Earl have seemingly spared no expense to provide their customers with impeccable service grounded in a beautiful environment.

I love coming to The Conservatory! Janell has been taking care of my hair for years. She is wonderful. The ladies in the front are always so fun to talk to and make both coming in and leaving a happy experience. I always feel refreshed after my appointments.
I love The Conservatory. I never used to get my hair cut regularly because I dreaded it- I was constantly having to grow out bad haircuts. I love getting my hair cut now and I am always excited about my appointment. I love the staff, the atmosphere, and the service. I am always relaxed when I leave.
Billie is a fantastic consultant and really gave me her undivided attention. She really listened to my likes and dislikes and I was impressed with her ability to capture my needs. After my haircut, I was impressed when she asked for my client sheet to make cut notes. I transitioned to Billie after going to Kylie for almost 7 years. Billie did a great job with the transition. I love going to the Conservatory even if it is just for a 1 hour haircut – that 1 hour is a nice relaxing escape!
Always a pleasure to treat myself at your salon, can’t imagine going anywhere else in town.

Also, Excellent receptionist! I worked as an appointment setter for three years and know how difficult the job can be, especially to maintain a friendly and happy attitude with every phone call. The girl was fantastic and spelled my difficult name perfectly without having to repeat myself multiple times. The first impression of your business on the phone is very important and you definitely succeeded.

I had a great cut and color. My stylist was great at explaining what she was doing and asking for my input and ideas! It was a nice relaxing experience and I was very satisfied with the finished look. I really can’t think of anything I would change about my experience.

I have been going to the Conservatory for 10 years and Shanna has been my hair dresser for the entire ten years. In the “Feedback” form I said the salon services were “Above My Expectations” but actually they are “As expected” every time. My expectations are based on my experience, I expect The Conservatory to be far superior to any salon in the area, and they are.
I always enjoy my experience at The Conservatory. Carmella is the best hairdresser I have ever known. I trust her completely. When I chose the answers to the questions in your website, I put “far better than I expected” because it was the choice that gave the best rating, but really, I expected the service to be as good as it was!!That’s why I come to The Conservatory!!

Jessica did a wonderful facial and noted important details during the process that provided useful information but still made it a relaxing and quiet experience. Great combination of providing information but still letting the client enjoy the peacefulness of a facial. Kerri did my wash and style and did a great job as well.
My experience was very good. My facial was great and very relaxing and the added foot soak and arm and foot massage was a great bonus.

I visited the spa using a gift certificate that I bought at the Kingwood Musical Art Society Valentine Dance benefiting scholarships at Lone Star College- Kingwood (Fine Arts.) Just wanted to say the service was excellent, and I really appreciate your support of the scholarship fund through your donation of the gift certificate. It was enough to put one student in school for a semester in his/her fine arts courses.

Consequently, responses for the survey such as “Far better than expected” and “above my expectations” are hard as the service I have received is beyond excellent- but that is what I “expect” form the Conservatory As always this treatment was a first class experience – Keep up the great work.

Very great service. I got in and out the same day. I will be coming back for other services. Very clean salon.
I was met promptly when I walked in by Jodi, my hair cutter. There was no waiting. We talked about the cut, shampooed, and continued. Jodi is careful about lengths matching on both sides and pays attention to details and asks questions about what I prefer. She is a very sweet person and goes beyond my experiences in past salons.
The environment is lovely, serene, easy to get to, ample parking.
This was my first visit…It was fabulous!! THIS is how a spa experience should be!! Can’t wait to come back and try other services as well.
