    Give Shanna, JoAnn & Camille 5 Stars because they are terrific. Shanna gives a superb head massage before the shampoo! Because I have been coming to The Conservatory for many years, my expectations are very high and everyone meets that goal.
    I overslept the morning of my last appointment (first time in 7 years). I called and fortunately my appointment could be moved 15 minutes which I appreciated very much. Punctuality is extremely important to me as I schedule my activities knowing a haircut / style takes 30 minutes.

    I love coming to the Aveda salon early in the morning, as it’s a great way to start your day! A nice greeting when you walk in, then a little peppermint oil, a head and neck massage – you can’t beat it! It just sets the tone for an awesome day!

    I had a consultation with Nelson and was very impressed. I have been a loyal customer with a place in Dallas and just can’t make that trip every 5 weeks. I hope to have the same relationship with you.

    your service is always the best. You were able to accommodate a last minute request. I really appreciate it. Carmella is great. She always makes me look better when I leave.

    Wow! You have incredible customer service which makes a huge first impression. Nelson was very professional and personable. I may have to switch salons even though you are quite a bit further away than my current salon of choice. I plan on coming back for other services such as a facial in the near future.

    I had a great time there. Everyone was very friendly. I love my hair cut and was impressed that i was out of there in less then an hour. Everyone has such a hard time cutting my hair because it is thick and Courtney did a fantastic job

    I cannot even begin to explain how pleased I am with my experience with Michelle! I love how she worked with me and my problem areas. As a matter of fact, she eliminated my most difficult problems with the excellent haircut she gave me. I will be in next week to have highlights. I am always so nervous about getting highlights because of bad experiences I have had in the past, but I feel completely comfortable returning next week to have Michelle work her magic on me!! I am a very happy customer/client and plan to have a long lasting relationship with Michelle and the Conservatory.
    I am just so pleased. My first visit was beyond what I expected.

    Went for a haircut the first time which brought me back the second time. This time for highlights. I have been trying to get my highlights back for 2 years now but no one seemed to know what I wanted except for Victoria from the spa. She did such a perfect job. She did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning next time. I would also love to get a facial the next time. Definitely the place to get everything done.

    Wonderful as always!!! Lovely people, lovely experience and lovely setting.
    Shanna is top notch. I know that I will get the best service from her. She is always honest with me which is truly valued

    Courtney has been cutting my hair since 2008. She gives an excellent hair cut, therefore I have come to expect that level of service and I am never disappointed. The ladies on the reception desk are friendly, helpful, and very professional and I have come to expect that treatment, as well. Needless to say, my experience at “The Conservatory” has been wonderful – well above expectations.

    I have been receiving services from this salon for over 8 years and the service there has always exceeded my expectation.
    My experience was very positive, as usual. I am always greeted with an enthusiasm and cheerful attitude.
    My stylist, Shanna, know me so well. I did not ask for any changes to my color panel and she suggested an adding another color to my hair to give it more definition and it really made a difference!
    My mother received a haircut by my stylist, Shanna, recently while visiting the area and was also very pleased.

    I have been coming to the Conservatory for several years. The service has been consistently top notch and professional and I always leave completely satisfied. The new facility is very classy and the staff remains warm and friendly.
    Kudos to Michelle! She is the best stylist I have ever had. Not only does she provide the service I want, she has made suggestions about hairstyles that have surprised and delighted me. I love a new look from time to time! Michelle plays a very significant role in keeping me a regular customer of the Conservatory.

    Michelle is always wonderful. You can tell she takes PRIDE in her work. I have always been extremely pleased with every appointment I have had with her and I have had a bunch). She is the best in my opinion. :)
